Tyulenovo Vacation Packages

Overall, we had a good stay, but the room description was very misleading. We specifically booked a room listed as having “2 twin beds” for a business trip, but were given one queen bed and a sofa instead. The sofa bed wasn’t even prepared, so we had to make it ourselves. There was also no shampoo or basic toiletries in the bathroom. The room description and amenities should be more accurate.

Friendly staff, nice room

Location was great! Near all attractions.

Spa was very nice. Had a great experience

Our check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The biggest positive is the location. The hotel is right next to a beautiful sandy beach, which is a major advantage. The casino was also good and provided a nice entertainment option. However, the hotel itself feels quite outdated. The rooms could definitely use renovation and modernization. The bathroom tub had significant staining, which made it look unclean even though the room had been serviced. The carpet in the room also felt dirty, as the cleaning staff did not vacuum particularly well. The hotel is also not especially kid-friendly, so I would keep that in mind if traveling with children. Breakfast was okay but nothing special. The food at the hotel was generally acceptable, but again, nothing particularly impressive. Room service, however, was good. Overall, the hotel has a great location and some positives, but the outdated rooms, cleanliness issues, and limited kid-friendly atmosphere prevent it from feeling like a truly high-quality hotel experience. With some renovation and better attention to room cleaning, this could be a much better property.
