Looks like a nice and clean hotel with, nice room va spacious. Very good customer service. However, no view and terrible view , not as garden views in description on line hotel booking. I requested for cancellation on my bookiing and asked for refund because I have to book different hotels. Hotel was not garden views as I expected.

The toilet flushing funtion had problems. As a VIP member, the staff could not allow me a late check out, for just one hour. I believe it was for a lack of efforts.

Nice place for staying

When we arrived at this hotel it took 45 min before someone assisted us. When they did they took us on a golf cart to our villa. We could smell the bill from the front door outside. It smelled horrible not sure what someone did in this villa before we did but it was horrible. What made it worse was the heat the ac was not working and they had stand fans going is all the rooms. I immediately notified the staff that this was unacceptable and we did not want to stay here. When we got back to the reception area the gentleman stated what was wrong I advised him of the situation and he said oh I’m sorry so are you leaving? Really that is not a proper response for a villa that is not up to the standards they claim. I simply said yes we are leaving they did not assist us to get a taxi or shuttle we waiting another 45 min to get a shuttle. I travel every month and through the world and have never been treated this way! I would highly advise you to not stay here.
