The location is great but the hotel is not clean, dark and smells bad. The breakfast is very poor and the staff not very friendly. Only one receptionist was professional, helpful and very friendly.

Great location, friendly staff, large rooms, nice bathrooms. Excellent breakfast, easy to get Uner access.

Close to supermarket and mall with nice food court. However not safe to walk on nearby streets at night.

Lovely hotel in a perfect position on the main old square near the beautiful opera house. The hotel is huge and full of beautiful art and antique furniture and there is a spectacular roof terrace. The rooms vary - the first night we were put in a small internal room with no windows but when we returned from our Amazon trip, we were upgraded to a large suite, which was lovely but very noisy as it was on the main road.

Nice location and helpful staf

Helpful staff. Bathroom could be better due to paint condition. Area nearby is a bit rough but ths hotel is quiet and safe.
