La habitación estaba limpia. Tuve un problema con la puerta, se había trabado la llave, pude abrir finalmente, La cama muy bien, como la climatización. La cortina del baño no estaba limpia y trancadas la pileta y la rejilla de la ducha...El personal es muy bueno, la ubicación es excelente, centrico. No desayuné

Personal y Ubicación, muy buenas, incluso el funcionamiento de la cafetería de PB. Pero la limpieza era regular, olor a habitaciones sin ventilar y cucarachas pequeñas, pero lo peor era el funcionamiento de la falta de presión en ducha y el aire acondicionado deficiente y extremadamente ruidoso, tenias que elegir entre sofocarte x las altas temperaturas o volverte sordo del ruido

No incluimos el desayuno, de igual manera un desastre todo el hotel, en plena siesta llegaron a reparar el baño xq se inundaba y lo dejaron peor de lo que estaba, en la tarde salimos y regresamos a las 23:30 con lluvia, filtro agua por el techo, mojo toda la cama y no habia otra habitación para que nos cambien, recien a las 3 de la mañana nos dijeron que se había desocupado una, la cual no hicieron ni por cambiar sabanas o retirar la basura de las personas anteriores, la reserva era hasta las 11 de la mañana y nos pidieron que nos retiremos a las 10 de la mañana, no lo recomiendo para nada.

No pude hospedarme porque saque una reserva después de medianoche y tenía que esperar al mediodía para ingresar asi que me retire sin que me dieran solución alguna y la pagina no me dejo cancelar esa reserva y perdí ese dinero, gracias a la pagina por el mal servicio

Horrible lugar para quedarse, la atencion al cliente es pesima y muy lenta estube como 30minutos para que me entregaran la llave y no solo eso si no que la habitacion te la dan sucia llena de pelos y comida bajo las cama.El servicio de limpieza deja muchoque desear literal ni limpian "solo barren lo que ven ellos" y las camas solo las cierran sin cambiar las sabanas ni nada.la verdad no lo recomiendo para nada porque no funciona ni el internet ni la televicion y no solo eso si no que te hacen pagar millonadas por nada

Primero que nada nos anularon el desayuno que venia con el paquete que compramos, el bidé del baño se movia para todos lados y perdia agua por la cual se llenaba el baño de la misma, luego llego una persona con un taladro a la 1:30 de la noche (sin exagerar) se puso a taladrar afuera de la habitacion, sin exepcion el peor hotel que existe.

Éramos 4 personas y nos dieron 2 toallones. El inodoro estaba suelto y salía agua de abajo cada vez que apretaba el botón. No andaba el bidet. La canilla de la pileta del baño estaba suelta. Nos dieron un control remoto que andaba de la tele recién a las23 hs. Un desastre!!!!
