Every thing was good

the location and the space itself were incredible. but when we arrived late at night, and the automated 24/7 check-in kiosk was out of printable cards, the check in process with my three children became extremely stressful. a staff person did arrive and after close to thirty minutes was able to let us into the apartment. no other staff followed up with us. ever. never saw or heard from another eric vökel professional at all. which was disappointing given the stressful circumstances of our first night.

We loved our stay. It was clean, simple, beautiful, quiet, and just what we needed. Everyone was so kind and helpful! Yay! We definitely recommend! ❤️

Beautiful hotel, massive, great views and bar. Pool was very small for such a large hotel. Rooms were fine, though on the small side. Did not like the transparent bathroom door- if your partner gets up to go in the middle of the night, it lights up room. Location is very good. Breakfast very nice though same every day.

Overall is a great stay. Hotel location is especially good. The only thing I hope would be better is the air conditioning, we caught the heatwave, and the air conditioning didn’t work the second night.

The room was a bit small but good. The location of the hotel was great. The only thing the hotel was located right in front of a couple night clubs and it was very noisy until 4am ,5 am.

Excelente zona, en el mero centro de Madtid. Lastima que no tiene ascensor, si no setia genial. Tiendas con mucha gente y suciedad por los negocios adyacentes, Lo bueno wue tiene a la Policía enfrente

Great location and amazing staff. Walking distance to many important places in Madrid.
