The room in the advert is very well photographed as when you get into the room, you are greeted with the bed and the bed only has one pillow each AND the headboard kind of sits too high so the pillow goes under the headboard which you have to keep moving during the night. The bathroom is VERY small - a large person wouldn't be able to fit in the shower as the entrance to it is too snug, You cant hang anything up on the hangers and stand up properly to use the toilet. You can not get two people in the bathroom. The parking is very reasonable but by the morning our car was covered in Sap from the trees, and I mean covered. Would we stay again, the answer is no due to the mentioned above. Aircon was good but neither of us got a good night sleep due to the comfort of the bed and pillow.

A perfect stop in an inexpensive but clean and seemed newly renovated hotel. Ill be back for sure as Id like to see more of Troyes.

Check in impossible, parking non dispo, bruyant

Nous sommes arrivés après les horaires de check in (à 22h40). Il est normalement censé y avoir un service de Check in automatique sur une borne où il faut rentrer le code B&B ainsi que le nom de famille de la réservation. Or, nous n’avons jamais reçu de code B&B ni de la part de l’hôte, ni de la part de Hôtels. Com. Ce n’est pas normal, nous avons attendu 1h en essayant de trouver de l’aide, en appelant les services clients, sans réponse. Nous avons donc dû payer une autre chambre à la borne automatique pour ne pas être à la rue. Le lendemain, nous avons demandé un remboursement de la nuit payée en double à la dame de l’accueil, qui remet la responsabilité du manque de communication à Hôtels. Com. Concernant le confort et service, il est précisé qu’il y a un parking gratuit dispo, alors que celui-ci n’est plus accessible depuis plusieurs années, et les chambres côté rue sont plutôt bruyantes car à côté d’un boulevard. Séjour plutôt mitigé dans l’ensemble, je déconseillerai à la fois l’endroit et surtout le service client de B&B et d’hôtels.com.

Si la chambre n’avait pas déjà été payée, j’aurais changé d’hôtel. Arrivée vers 16h, personne à l'accueil, il faut s'enregistrer sur une borne avec un numéro que l'on a jamais reçu (les autres clients du jour ont eu le même problème). Il a fallu qu'une femme de chambre appelle la responsable pour obtenir les informations nécessaires. Sommier réduit à une simple planche de bois, porte d’entrée bloquée par la disposition des lits, une fenêtre dans un état… La chambre donnait une impression de négligence générale. Quand on réserve un hôtel de cette marque, on s’attend à un certaine cohérence. Ce n’était pas du tout le cas ici. Le lit était propre, la climatisation fonctionnait, mais cela ne suffit pas à rattraper l’ensemble. Je ne reviendrai pas et ne peut pas le recommander.

Bon rapport qualité prix

Évité de réserver avec des sites partenaires tels que Hôtel.com ect car ces sites n’envoient pas les codes d’accès pour chambre. Réserver directement sur site B&B. Nous avons cependant été agréablement accueilli. Le personnel est à l’écoute de nos besoins. Les chambres sont sophistiqué et plutôt propre. Je recommande et je reviendrais !

Hôtel bien situé proche de la vieille ville. Les chambres sont spacieuses mais on déplore la mauvaise insonorisation,porte bruyante lorsqu'elle se ferme et bruit incessant des voitures de la rue même fenêtres fermées

obwohl Personal anwesend, Zugangscode NUR über Außenautomat. Buchungsnummer fehlte in den von Hotel Com. übermittelten Mails, sodaß ich um Hilfe bitten müsste. Zimmer ruhig nach Hinten gelegen, aber Ruhe stets durch laut knallenden Zimmertüren unterbrochen, auch spät in der Nacht.

Hotel.com ne m’a pas communiqué le numéro de reservation BB lors de la confirmation. La machine attribuant la clé de chambre, demande le nom et numéro. J’ai dû attendre sous une chaleur accablante 17h la permanence, alors que vs indiqué chambre disponible à 12h. Il vous faut remedier à ce problème
