Trois-Rivieres Vacation Packages

The information on Expedia (other than photos) did not match reality. The woman who checked us in was abrupt, spoke so quickly that I could barely understand her, and wasn’t friendly (not the blonde woman). There eas no continental breakfast included, and I was told there is only valet parking when the person checking in ahead of us received the parking lot address. I won’t go through Expedia again for hotel bookings as this situation has happened before.

VERY slippery bathroom floor. They need to install hand rails.

Location is great but I was expecting a two separate rooms. Also, the host was not answering any of my inquiry.

It was a horrible experience. Contact with the hotel was non existent. We booked then had to rebook a new hotel because we didn’t receive check in instructions as it was self check in and there was nobody at the actual property. Then they refused to refund me after the fact. Do not book this hotel.

Me and my friends really enjoyed the space! I saw a few reviews about weird smells, but apartment 302 was absolutely perfect. Everything was very spacious and we had a lot of fun in the area!
