They put a lot of time and money into the renovation of the lobby. There was, however, a lot of trash in the parking lot and no renovation in the rooms. There was no phone in the room to call the lobby. I had to go back down to get a code for the wifi. Everything is a scan-a-code for self-check-in. Scan a code for the wifi. The only food available was a little corner of microwave stuff and chips... self-scan. I prefer a little more human assistance after driving all day.

We really enjoyed our stay. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Very spacious bigger than most apartments, which is a plus especially with 2 young children. Great location and decent part of town. This will be my place to stay every time when coming to Memphis.

Outdated rooms, poor air quality..smoke came from vents. No hair dryer

I had a wonderful staff. The hotel was clean and smelled good when you walk in ☺️ The staff was friendly and welcoming. My room was clean and spacious and very well put together. The restaurant inside the hotel were great 👍. I would definitely stay here again!

Appreciated Willie the door man and Perry at check in. Style wise the room 1007 was great. Very clean other than the carpet in a couple of spots but otherwise well kept. Rooftop bar was THE place to watch the 4th of July fireworks. Overall had a good experience.

Everything was as listed. Parking is tight up front but great in the back and it's professionally monitored 24/7! Will stay here again!
