We booked last minute after the aircon stopped working in our hotel. Everything was great, easy to book, check in was straightforward and the room was spacious and comfortable- with working air conditioning! The hotel is a little bit dated but still comfortable and in a great location.

We stayed for five nights. Perfect location in center of Toulouse. Room was clean and comfortable. Solid building with thick windows so no noise from streets. AC worked well. Receptionist arranged a taxi for an early run to the airport and he arrived right on time. Staff pleasant and helpful.

The hotel is situated in a great location, right on the main square for the Christmas Market in the winter and lots of restaurants, cafés and bistros nearby. We arrived early in the morning, and while I room wasn't available until around 2 p.m., the staff stored our luggage and made the gym available to change. Breakfast everyday was fresh, with lots of variety.

My husband and I only had two nights in Toulouse, so staying at the Place du Capitole Hotel was ideal. Being right on the main square meant we could walk everywhere and really make the most of our time. The staff were kind and went out of their way to help, even keeping our luggage after checkout so we could enjoy a full final day before flying home. It made our quick trip feel relaxed and easy.
