Absolutely beautiful facility. Several villas that any American would proudly call home. Stunning views over the jungle and ocean. Fantastic infinity pool with perfect water temperature. Conveniently located just outside central Montezuma. The only reason for the one star reduction was the extreme heat and bugs inside Villa #2. At check in, the villa was well over 95°F with doors and windows closed and no AC running. Opening everything only made it hotter. The cement construction trapped heat like a pizza oven. Even the floors were warm. With no window screens, opening the villa invited nonstop insects. The powerful ceiling fan helped, but blowing 90°+ air felt like standing behind a jet engine. I planned to work remotely from the living room overlooking the jungle, but the heat and insects made the space unusable, even at night. The bedroom AC was excellent and kept sleeping conditions Arctic cold and comfortable. To the owners: this is one of the most beautiful properties in Costa Rica. Please install AC throughout the villas or at minimum add window screens.

Beautiful beach and surroundings. Bring some water and drinks/snacks to have in the fridge.

I can't recommend this hotel enough – I spent 3 nights here and loved every minute. Everything was perfect – super location, a clean, serene room with a balcony to sit out on and watch all the wildlife... Delicious breakfast and food in the restaurant (and at the moment all the football matches projected on the wall!) ... Every member of staff was kind and helpful... And so many nice touches: the lovely yoga in the open air studio... freshly baked cake every afternoon... and a to-go breakfast on my last morning as I had an early flight. Hope to be back before too long!

Me quede en el hotel por segunda vez y la calidad se sigue manteniendo. Habitación limpia y ordenada. El desayuno es muy completo; y la atención super buena.
