Torre Santa Susanna Vacation Packages

The staff was excellent with exception of supervisor who was nasty to me upon arrival because I asked about the advertisement of daily manager special (none). BEWARE! The tub/shower entrance was almost hip high & NO grab bars!!! Dangerous and slippery, too! The breakfast was excellent; staff wonderful! Good location except I asked for quiet, courtyard and got huge bus stop outside 2nd floor!

My Sons Wedding. Perfect in all ways. Super helpful staff, lovely, clean rooms, Outstanding food, Young man on the bar was brilliant, well kept grounds and pool area, Thank you! A beautiful experience for all our family.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ostuni Palace Hotel Ristorante & Spa. The location was fantastic, with beautiful views of Ostuni right outside the hotel and only about a 10-minute walk to the historic centre. Our room was very clean and spacious, and the bathroom was surprisingly large, which was a nice bonus. The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained, and breakfast was very good with a great selection. Another big plus was the free parking, which made having a car in Ostuni so much easier. Breakfast and parking being included made the stay even better value. We didn’t get a chance to try the spa during our stay, but it’s a nice option to have on-site. Overall, a beautiful hotel in a great location for exploring Ostuni.

Room was very small and bathroom was too tight not great shower Breakfast was ok not great Staff were were very good

Very nice place to stay. The staff member up front, Simona, was so kind, friendly, and thoughtful. She helped us with parking and also helped us with a place to find some luggage due to one of our cases breaking. The breakfast was also lovely. Would highly recommend.
