Very nice, clean hotel! Hotel staff are also very nice and helpful. Fitness room, pool, and bar. We stayed in the Queen suite and it's very spacious. We stayed there while our son was at the Kansas Basketball camp and it worked out perfectly because they trained and had their tournament at the pavilion inside Rock Chalk Park which is conveniently located right next door. Highly recommend and would stay again if we came back to Lawrence!

The breakfast was nasty, got a complaint about noise at 1am on Saturday. Over the tv. Tried to go to the pool screaming kids echoing through it. Will never stay there again.

Great hotel, well maintained, and located in the heart of Rock Chalk park. If you are in town for sporting events at Rock Chalk Park, this is a very convenient hotel to the facilities! Everything was on point, with the exception of the showers, which have very low water pressure! But other than that, no complaints! Great stay on multiple occasions!
