This hotel location is very very far from MEX airport. Check in staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast place is very small and crowded. The room amenities are of very poor quality. You have to ask for a hairdryer at the reception.

Hotel is well located and is clean. However we missed some of the amenities that we had enjoyed in other City Express hotel. For example an ironing board and iron, expending machines that sell water bottles, tissues in the bathroom, etc.

Un hotel muy descuidado como para ser de cadena internacional , nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación debido a que no funcionaban los aires ni calefacción , los burós y respaldos de cama llenos de polvo y telarañas , un hotel donde sus pasillos olían a pura humedad y orín , ojalá mejores su estructura , organización y limpieza , pasamos 2 días muy desagradables . Cabe mencionar que el personal de limpieza y mantenimiento muy amables pero desafortunadamente no está en sus manos resolver la gran problemática de ese hotel tan descuidado !

El personal amable, las instalaciones limpias, peeeero su cama “queen zice” en realidad ES UNA MATRIMONIAL, mi experiencia por este ultimo punto fue pésimo porque no logré el descanso deseado.
