The view is spectacular from the nice balcony with table and 2 chairs. We ate at the restaurant and the food was really good. The wine selection at the restaurant is very large. The staff very friendly and attentive. The room was very clean . There's a park right across the street where you can go for a walk by the lake. Great location to all the wineries. We are definitely coming back next year.

Very clean. Staff were extremely nice . They offered free water which was a great touch . Only odd thing was none of the walls had any pictures on them.

Very comfortable, quiet and clean !

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Coffee was good! Kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay here again

Luckily I had read reviews there is no sign on the street and that it was located behind the 7/11, otherwise we probably would have driven past the hotel entrance. Just be advised, when we went, there are a few potholes in the driveway from the street to the hotel. The bathroom door in our room would not close, almost like there was too much paint on the door or maybe misaligned. There was also mold in the bathtub. I tried to get a different room, but unfortunately they were booked up so we could not switch rooms. If you are a light sleeper, maybe ask for a room on the side of the entrance so you do not hear the highway. The breakfast was fine. The staff was nice. They were responsive when I thought there was no hair dryer in our room and got me one right away. I didn't see is was in a bag hanging on the door. Good location to see the Corning Museum of Glass which is less than 10 min away.

Staff always ready to go beyond the ordinary. Helpful and eager to please your needs.
