The rooms were well equipped. Staff spoke clear English, very easy to communicate. Parking on site s challenging as it requires navigating a very narrow ramp. Had room service, the food delivery was on time, and OK, I would order it again if I needed.

I spent a day there for €142, which is too expensive. The place is very pleasant and very clean; however, the staff are a bit too distant and cold. Nevertheless, it's still a place I would recommend because...

The hotel is genuinely beautiful and so well curated. Everything was comfortable and it’s very well located! We got a junior suite and it was plenty of room for the week unlike many of the small European hotels. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We didn’t use many of the amenities but the bar also looked very nice.
