This is a really nice hotel. That said the first night I stayed on the busy road side of the property. The windows are not properly sound proofed and I heard traffic all night. Not pleasant. They kindly allowed me to move to the quiet pool side of the hotel for the next night which was wonderful. The staff here is excellent and the included breakfast was great. Secure underground parking for only five bucks was also great. Overall a really nice hotel with a beautiful pool and rooftop gardens. Nice.

Family stay. Very happy with how clean everything was. I was happy with my choice as soon as I entered the lobby, dinning and most important to me the room itself. Comfortable beds, pillows, AC/Heating and dark electric shades. This will be my 1st choice next time I go to TJ.

This has been my favorite hotel for years is a little pricey but worth it from the pool to the jacuzzi, the staff very respectful and more than anything it is very clean is very well managed.

The restroom had a bad smell like sewage,although the room was non smoking there was cigarette ashes on the window what tells me they don’t clean it as well as I would think , missing towels and items I was very disappointed since it is a really nice hotel

I appreciate the amenities, some of the staff is friendly, Always great with the butlers but sometimes not all the receptionist staff is friendly or polite. The air conditioning takes a while to start so if too hot it can smell musty. Overall, it’s better than most Tijuana stays for sure! Love the morning warm shot for breakfast! Like the spa options and great service there!
