Room was clean, no windows. I didn't know I needed to reserve a time for the hot tub but it keeps it from getting crowded and next time I know.

We got there at 9 PM they said they'd have a reservation nobody spoke English they would not give us a room unless we paid it another night it was a very horrible experience we had to get a taxi cab late at night. We would appreciate a credit back please we were not given the opportunity to spend the night there

There are several issues i wish they would correct. First, there is no personal safe in the rooms. Folks need a safe to store thier passport and valuables. Then, the need to install some hooks in the bathroom. There is nowhere to hang your toiletrie bag or even the towel while you shower.

They have great food at the restaurant on the 5th floor. The view from the terrace is really nice as well. Staff was kind. What I didn’t like was that there are no windows in the rooms. It felt a bit claustrophobic. What I recommend, Keep your parking space at the hotel and get an Uber for transportation. You don’t want their parking garage to get full and have to leave your car parked in the street.
Buffet on Saturday. You can ask for the breakfast coupon during the week. It might come with your stay depending on who you booked through.
Prices are great. Food is delicious

I usually choose this hotel because I like how all the staff is so attentive, friendly and respectful but this time I stayed with my spouse and we didn’t receive small towels for the face or hands, no clinex, no shower cap and no shoe shine like other hotels we have stayed, that’s our recommendation for this hotel, thank you.

Nice Tijuana stay

Actually our overall stay was nice. Mostly single men stay here with an occasional couple so just beware of that. The terrace is nice with good views good food, nice gym, patio area to relax and smoke a cigar.
