La habitación huele mucha humedad y los cuartos definitiva mente los tienen que aceros funcionales y mucho ruido con los huéspedes asta altas oras de la noche con gente tomando y rentan las habitaciones como hotel de paso rentan solo por horas

Upon arrival, front desk coordinator was friendly, checked us in. Unfortunately, when we received our keys for the room, the first thing we felt was a humid room with a pungy smell. There is no a/c units. Before I even set my things down I revised the bed for cleanliness and there was blood stains all over the sheets. Indicating bed bugs. I then brought it up to the coordinators attention and asked kindly what would I like to do. I let him know that I prefer to leave and stay at another hotel. He did fully refund me my money and me and my family left

Beds had large stains on sheets and covers. Bathroom does not drain water properly room has ugly humid smell. Carpet is very dirty. We did not receive clean linen or towels in one week. Customer service is non existing . This is the worst place i have ever stayed in. You pay upfront and there is no refunds, so you are literarly stuck in a hole. XPEDIA should not recommend rhis place. My stay was horrible..

About 7 blocks to the beach (walkable). Also walking distance (2 blocks) to Ortega’s Buffet Restaurant & Oxxo convenience store, there’s a parking lot, across the street from the hotel. The beds were not very comfortable, but for the price, they were ok. The worse was that some guests had loud music by the small swimming pool, on a Tuesday, so I asked when they were supposed to stop, & I was told by a maid that usually, guests are allowed to have loud music until 11 pm. Call hotel directly to find out about the noise ordinance at +52-661-612-2490.

Bare Bones

Walking distance to the beach, bars, and restaurants but the beds were rock hard, shower water was brown, and the room locks are just a push button. They also market short term four hour room stays which is a bit of a red flag. Staff were friendly and service was great. All in all, I'd likely stay elsewhere or try to get something a little nicer for a little more money next time.
