Our room was dirty. It smelled like sewer inside the room. We asked for more towels and was never given more. Staff was friendly. We didn’t check out the pool. The breakfast that was included in our stay was great with good views and friendly waiters/waitresses.

Love all the people there. Christian, Adan, all the servers, Amir, front desk people and house keeping. Also the spa lady. Feels like family there. The penthouse was amazing but have liked all the rooms.

We checked in around 4pm 9/3 We were told there was no power/electricity in the area , but should be coming back in an hour. We were giving the key to our room and the room was an oven. We left to have dinner hopping it would be back on when we return. Well it wasn’t. Room was HOT we opened the balcony doors only to be bitten over 20 times by mosquitoes. Power didn’t come back until around 5 am. We were so tire we wanted to stay in to rest and watch Tv. However we couldn’t watch tv because it wasn’t working. We got a message that it would be fix by that evening which was Thursday and then got another message that it would get fixed until today Friday. What would be the point of that if we were checking out today. 😡 we had the same problem with the TV last year when we stayed there. I understand the power was out of their control , but they could’ve called me to let me know what was going on and let me decide if I still wanted to stay there. I have a skin condition and extreme heat flares it. It was a very bad experience.
