En el baño solo estaba disponible una sola toalla, me hubiera gustado haber tenido dos, como lo había visto en otros hoteles. Al ingresar no me dieron información de algunos artículos que me pudieran prestar, dejando en garantía una identificación, como fue el préstamo se una plancha para ropa. Ese tipo de información no se me brindo al inicio.

It was one of the noisiest experiences I've ever had. You can hear everything. Doors opening, slamming, clinks, clanks I had to switch rooms at 3am because people would not stop talking and laughing by the pool area. Then the next day in our new room there were like 20 kids screaming and running around the hallways in the morning. Then later that night there was what seemed to be a club or concert playing music until 4am. Did not sleep at all. Great location and clean but not good for quiet resting.

Our check in could have been better after our long flight but the receptionist that day was not having a good day. Very rude way of answering to all the questions we had. Security guard was very helpful and courteous. Keep in mind you have to ask for everything at the receptionist desk more towels an iron Personal needs to be more accommodating and helpful.

*1/5 stars - A Not-So-Comfortable Stay* I'm usually not one to complain, but my recent stay at Extended Suites Tijuana Macroplaza was a real letdown. The room had no hot water, which made for a chilly morning routine. To make matters worse, there was only one towel provided for two people, and no bath mat to be found. For a hotel, these basics are essential. Hopefully, they'll address these issues soon. Until then, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
