It's super family friendly. There's a mini golf course, two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, a basketball hoop, sand volleyball area, a foosball table and a ping pong table. There's also a small fitness center. The room was clean and staff was kind and helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

Initially was a solid 3. Over the trip the staff made it a 4 star. Great atmosphere and that’s what you are paying for and so is everyone else. Some amenities you’ll get to use and love and others you’ll barely get to touch. A tribute to itself is the busyness of the place. People like it and there’s plenty of people. As all places it does got flaws. The windows could use a film over. Very child friendly and so there are snoopers! When shut it’s a bit dark inside. When open you get to be an audience. That’s all single window motels though. Breakfast has already been complained about so I’m sure they are aware how it does not fit the aesthetic. There’s plenty of places up the hill and around the bend to eat. Would definitely try it in a less busy season. Staff is superb and we enjoyed our stay!

The room was cute and spacious with a king size bed, loveseat, mini fridge, microwave, TV, alarm clock, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, and a small table with chairs. We loved that breakfast was included. There was a pool but we didn't use it. We would have given 5 stars, but the room we had smelled mildewy, but nothing was wet, and the shower head was older and sprayed at an angle in different directions.

The staff was great! The property was well maintained! The amenities were excellent! Great centrally located property close to the strip! Will definitely come back!

Nice location. We walked to the Branson Landing from here. Our room overlooked the creek and it was nice to drink beers in the evening while sitting on our porch.

Nice staff, clean room, breakfast looked solid. Overall very good for the price, would stay here again.

Location is great you can walk to the ballfield

1st room was not very clean nd had issues. Called the front desk. They were able to get us to a different room. 2nd room was definitely better then the 1st when is comes to cleanliness. Pool was great, they did snowcones at the pool and passed out Popsicles. The kids loved it.
