Still need some work on Bedrooms a bit out dated but the price was right and breakfast buffet was just ok

This is my 4th or 5th review of AdLib. We love staying here. The room and view are beautiful, the bed is so comfortable and the shower is nice and is well-equipped. The food at the restaurant is arroi and the gym is clean, stocked with water, and the ac is always working. It has everything you need for a two hour workout. I only wish they would recognize us as returning customers. They will often ask if this is our first time here, but they have record of us in their system so they should just say, "welcome back! We are happy to see you again!" But....it hasn't happened which is disappointing. Maybe even a room upgrade or a little "something" to say thank you would be nice. This would cement my relationship with them and I would never stay anywhere else while in Khon Kaen.
