Teton Village Vacation Packages

This property has power outage right in the middle of the night and affects peaceful sleep. No fans in the bedroom. Good staff but shower head water volume was just plainly fair. Even the utensils were bare min. There were the bugs and flies all over the room door by the night fall but that’s expected for property right at lake and in the woods.

The property is new, clean and well maintained, some of the staff members are very nice and helpful, but if you are looking to stay in an hotel, this is not an hotel and overpriced for what offers. Reception closed for the night and they did not have a concierge. I am sure Hotel Anvil is a better option from the same group. Also disappointed with the fact that the loft room didn’t have a Closet and the room is very very tiny. They did bought me a rack to hang my clothes tho, after i pointed that out, so grateful for that. Overall if you like to travel easy and you are not a needy traveler when it comes to hotel services, this is a great spot. Breakfast is good!

I love this hotel. The staff are really friendly. The location is excellent and I really enjoyed being here.

This was a great place to stay near Jackson. The unit was a little dated for the price, but the staff was helpful and most everything else was great. A beautiful view of the Tetons, too bad they didn't have a restaurant.

While the room was nicely decorated and clean, we could not get past the smell of an old building. It felt as though the property had been renovated cosmetically without fully addressing the age of the original structure. The doors were difficult to open and close properly, which was frustrating throughout our stay. We could also hear guests dragging suitcases in the early hours of the morning, which made it hard to sleep. The cafeteria service was practically nonexistent. We attempted to order food twice but eventually gave up. There appeared to be only one employee taking orders and delivering them, making the service extremely slow. The location is good, but I strongly recommend booking a second-floor room with a full view. Our view was only partial, as much of it was blocked by Building 600. The bathroom was attractive and updated, but it was extremely small. Overall, the price was too high for the quality of the accommodations and experience provided. Unfortunately, we would not return.

Beautifully renovated property with mid-century meets cowboy decor (rich velvets, bronze accents, natural wood finishes). Fantastic restaurant, comfortable beds, quality linens, and helpful staff.

Exceptional: - check-in process was fast, easy, and included an efficient tour to acclimate - valet team… such helpful guys with getting access to truck to leave for daily adventures, helping us pack up luggage and just generally setting such a nice tone every time we came in and out of the hotel - we ate breakfast twice. Great, simple hotel breakfast Eh: - tv needed manually reset every time we were in shared common room - elevator was broken the entire time we were there (but didn’t hurt us to walk off some food and cocktails) - there is tea service 24 hours a day, and espresso in your room, but would be nice just to have a carafe of coffee by the tea station
