Ok the fact we had no desk for check was terrible. I could not check in due to a code for door and room acess never being sent to my email resulted in me not checking for 3hours until I was told about a sister property 3 blocks from where I was stay had to walk in the rain to the siater property for thwm to grant me acess codes to get into my room now at 3am. I wouls likw to be reemburst for that night and day. My TV had no working batteries and once I go batteries the TV volum did not work.

Things to know: it’s managed by nearby restaurant so it’s important that you check in during certain hours so they can greet you! Loved the location and property

Read this before you book. The staff was extremely friendly, basically the only positive thing about the stay. If you are looking for peace and quiet during the day and especially at night you will NOT get that. My husband and I stayed in the first floor and we heard everything! Kids running, people slamming their doors, the staff dropping things, dishes being tossed. There’s was no consideration of a quite approach. First and last time I will stay here.

I had a wonderful experience at Sole Miami in Sunny Isles Beach! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was beautiful, relaxing, and welcoming. The location is absolutely perfect, with gorgeous ocean views and easy access to the beach. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating throughout our stay. I especially enjoyed the peaceful beachfront setting—it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy Miami without feeling overwhelmed by all the hustle and bustle. Sunny Isles is such a beautiful area, and Sole Miami made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway, whether you’re traveling as a couple, with family, or just looking for some time to unwind. Thank you to the entire team at Sole Miami for a lovely stay. I look forward to visiting again!

It's not bad here, but definitely won't come back because of one thing: I got a frightening email the day I had to check in claiming my card on file was invalid and that my reservation was going to be cancelled within an hour. I was literally at LAX on shuttles, then a cab trying to get over to this hotel. I responded with multiple messages, called the hotel dozens of times and nobody responded. My card was never invalid. I checked in at the hotel just fine. It was like the message never happened, but the hotel definitely wrote that in a message sent through Expedia. They need to get better at answering their phone. Guests might think this place is a scam, even though it's not. It's a decent place to stay if you're not picky. But it's got the same problems as any motel - loud area, screaming kids, etc. I don't personally care, but I know other people will make a bigger deal of that. My only complaint is the hotel's failure to answer their phone and communicate better with guests if they threaten to cancel a reservation and not even help the guest figure it out.

This is a nice and clean hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. You have a good amount of parking space both outside and covered. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything was great and well maintained. Breakfast is not your standard hotel breakfast but more of a brunch food. Would come back again.
