Great hotel, wonderful staff, close to everything! Our room had a nice view of the water. There was even a fan provided, which was a lovely touch!

Easy to find the hotel as it's brightly coloured & could see it as we arrived on the bus. The check-in was easy, the room was spotlessly clean with great facilities. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choices - traditional fried breakfast, fruit, cereals, yogurts & pastries. We ate at the restaurant one evening and it was good, reasonably priced & good sized portions. Would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the city of Waterford.

Consistently excellent hotel.

Clare at the front desk was amazing. I let her know that it was my cousins birthday and that she was a mom of 3 who very rarely ever got a day to herself, Clare responded by allocating us a riverside room and gifting us a bottle of wine, birthday card, and chocolates. So incredibly kind ! The hotel has old world charm. Yes, room carpets could be changed or updated, but we thought it might ruin the old world charm. It is family owned and we really liked that. We would definitely come again. Thank you.
