We enjoyed how clean the room was. Check in lady very nice. All bartenders were cool. We did not like smoking in casino, we were a bit shocked about that. Bartops and machines were not clean enough ashes on machines..pretty disgusting. However, nice casino, employee very nice and helpful. Fun time.

Smoke and animals is all I smelled

The entire hotel smelled horrible like smoke cigarette smoke cigar smoke. I smelled all different types of animals pets. It was awful and I know I never would have stayed there. The hotel was absolutely way too expensive to be experiencing this type of discomfort. Also, I was on the eighth floor and for two consecutive days. The lobby on the eighth floor was full of trash. I complained to the front desk and only the day that I checked out, did they clean it?

Worst Hospitality Ever

Beautiful facilities - absolute worst hospitality experience ever. Where do I begin???? Who ever is managing this place needs to be fired. The communications within the team absolutely suck, at check in no one mentioned that you need nor ASKED if the guests in the room should be added to the reservation. Even after adding my husband to the room I wasn’t told he had NO charging to the room privileges . He would go to pay and I’d have to go up and show my Id at each transaction . Had dinner in sports book area. 25 min. before server even came to table. Then another twenty to get the drinks. After ordering dinner We kept seeing pizzas go by and they weren’t on the menu. When our server came by she said that when we were seated by the hostess they should have given us a pizza supplement menu. We never got. After over 1 1/4 hrs of waiting finally saw our server and asked her to check on our food. She came back 10min later and it should be shortly. Then after another 10 she came back and said our order was next. Order finally came 1.45hrs later. Then they forgot the ceviche and said they forgot to make it. I lost it she asked if we still wanted it. I said they still need to eat. My brother shared his burger so the other person would have something to eat. When the ceviche came out it was the worst thing I ever ate and my item was missing an ingredient listed in the description. They took it off and I left NO tip as they was not an F but a complete sh$$ show .
