Room hardwood floor dirty. Left dirt, sand & pet hair on our feet. Needs vacuum & wet mop. Bed was not level. No breakfast on 9/25, “Sorry, restaurant closed” posted. The young lady working front desk on 9/25 morning had zero customer service. She appeared annoyed when asked a question as she had to try to look up from her cell phone. No thank you, good morning, Won’t be staying at this property again.

Property was nicely located as a base to both Telluride and Ouray. Also very convenient to downtown Ridgway. Hotel restaurant was closed while we were there. Coffee was provided. Room was very sparsely furnished with very limited table or counter space. Lighting was noticeably poor. Enjoyed the sitting area and the views outside.

Staff were helpful & friendly but room was a letdown. Sheets & bedding looked like they had been crammed away somewhere. Very wrinkled. Found a wet washcloth behind the bathroom door, desk & bedside table both had sticky rings on them & quite a bit of dust. Would not stay again.
