The view and swimming pool access to the beach was great. Rooms need maintenance, toilets don't work doors didnt closed, menu offer some food and bring you other totally different.

Mar de Estrellas Stay

Overall, our stay was okay. It was not the cleanest place, they had issues with a lot of insects, granted the area and the temps will heighten this but I had to move rooms multiple times because of issues each room had. It was inconvenient for me as I traveled with two small children making things a lot harder. I would probably not stay there again if given the opportunity.

El lugar geograficamente es maravilloso. Sin embargo el servicio en alberca y la limpieza no fue el mejor. Muy poco personal para atencion de cosas basicas.

El hotel es muy bueno, limpio, cuartos agradables, A/A nuevos y silenciosos, baños estupendos, solo tal vez el precio esté algo elevado, para aquellos que quisiéramos quedarnos más tiempo.

En general está bien, solo hace falta mantenimiento en la escalera de acceso a la playa. En el área de playa sería recomendable la instalación de algunas palapas.

Muy buen hotel. El personal atento. Sólo el servicio de SKY no sirvió desde el primer día. Lo reporté y se tardaron un poco a decir verdad. Lo resolvieron hasta el último día de mis estancia. No fue situación del personal si no de la compañía. El personal muy atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. El lugar es muy bonito, buena vista y acceso a la playa. Volvería a hospedarme ahí.
