Generally good value for the price. Rooms have heat but no air conditioning. We were there in summer and we were challenged airing out the room. Good parking.clean room.

We have stayed in a few locations in Valdez, the Totem was hands down the best! We will absolutely be staying here during our weekend visits! The hotel was clean, the staff very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was the best food in town! Bonus, they also have an indoor pool! Can’t wait to stay here again!☺️

Parking was good! The hotel is very close to everything one needs in the harbor area! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable! The bathroom had a vent that I used all the time, however I could not get rid of the mildew smell in the bathroom which was very annoying!
