Our stay was so lovely, the staff were all so kind especially Miss Hamina who made sure we had everything we needed and was always very attentive of our needs. She was the sweetest. The breakfast was incredible. The only thing that we did not like was there some a used glove on the chair in the work desk in the room. It looked used and we didn’t know where it came from. Other than that, everything was great!
There was a glove already in the room we didn’t know who it was.

Overall stay was good. When we arived for the checkin the boy at the reception was very good and helpful. The manger named Sara was excellent with helping us when my husband and son had food poisoning by allowing late check out so that they can have rest. Location is great near train station, restaurants and mall. Only down side is the small lifts. Overall would stay here again :)

The staff is really nice They say they have air conditioning, but our room was at 24° and they did not have fans to provide. It was very, very hot and uncomfortable. The breakfast is phenomenal and delicious The facility is beautiful, but they need to work on their air-conditioning We asked in the morning to have them fix it or switch us or do something to make it better as we were checking out very early in the next morning and they came back with a solution at 10 o’clock that they could give us a free dinner when the restaurant closed at 11 and we were all going to bed at that point Overall, it was OK. I won’t go again, but most of the staff was great and the restaurant breakfast was delicious

Best hotel!! Convenient if you’re traveling by train, the train station is just up the street and there’s a mall nearby to walk around in and then it’s a five minute short walk from the beach. The customer service is great. They are kind and friendly and very accommodating. Especially a man named taha is he was great help!

We had a great time. The staff were courteous, helpful and timely with requests. The food was tasty but it would have be nice to know that the dinner buffet wasn’t available on the weekend as originally explained. Prices were also reasonable. This property is conveniently located in close proximity to the train station (5min walk), it’s also around the corner from an extensive stretch of restaurants and other shopping. We were expecting a roof top pool but that was at the other location. Nonetheless the beach was very close but get there early on the weekends. It wasn’t as clean as I would have expected but not bad. The water however was spectacular. Overall I definitely would recommend this property.
