Très bon hôtel. Bon rapport qualité prix, situé dans le quartier le plus vivant et touristique de la ville. Le staff est très chaleureux.

The room was full of ants and cockroaches and had a very strong smell of insecticide. It was completely uninhabitable.

Great stay at Impiana. Lovely staff and facilities. The breakfast offerings were ok, but not particularly tasty. Good variety for a range of nationalities. Soundproofing in the rooms needs some work. Great bar and infinity pool.

Excellent stay in Kuala Lumpur. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the staff provided outstanding service throughout our stay. The facilities were excellent, everything worked perfectly, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We had no issues at all and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended.

Shohedul made the whole process smooth. Anything we needed he was very easy to contact. The apartment was really nice and just as described!
