Checkin wasn’t great. Communication was good but they told us about an unexpected tourism tax just for staying there but we weren’t aware of the tax until we checked in. Wouldn’t have booked with them had we known about a tax.

The 3 bedrooms are just nice for my family, the room are clean and new, walking distance to Genting Highlands indoor and outdoor theme parks. It has nice views and a jacuzzi at balcony. We have fun staying. We stayed one night, would suggest stay at least 2 nights.

Located next to the Putra Jaya MRT station so super convenient for going anywhere in KL. Comes with both AC and fan. You can buy bottled water in a vending machine in the lobby. A big minus was the elevator. Very slow so there is always a line in the lobby waiting to go up and it takes forever and is super crowded every time I take it.

A was underwhelming, it was advertised as 1 king bed, 1 single and a futon but the futon was just a sofa that was loosely covered by a cover to hide stains and tears. The washing machine wasnt working, so that was disappointing as it was one of the reason I book the place. It wasnt that the place wasnt clean, but it was aesthetically displeasing as it was covered with stains (blood?), the cushions were also stained and the covers either was torn or didnt quite fit the pillows. There is no physical counter so all comms are through WhatsApp, which is fine but response isnt immediate. We didnt get a chance to try the pool as towels were not provided we did not want to use our bath towels since the washing machine/dryer wasnt working. Location wise it is very convenient, easy access to shops and restaurants. It was also easy to get Grab taxis so no issues for those who don't drive. Overall it was bearable for a short stay, especially if you're going to be out mostly. But we stayed 2 night and I was looking forward to leave.

The hotel was OK. They only had two floors and you had to use the escalator to get to them. The only good point about the location is that there were a lot of street food nearby. Much better tasting than the restaurants up in Genting shopping center.

This hotel honestly it’s amazing. It has infinity pool amazing hotels amazing rooms. Everybody is so nice and kind. It was just a little confusing because it’s a big building. It has A side and also has a B side that was a little bit confusing but I get used to it. You have a mall right next to you. You have a 7/11 store first floor outside open 24/7 first when I walked in I got suspicious they need to renovate building A first floor that’s from the back because first impression is everything Building B it’s amazing
