Hotel is good.

Management deserves recognition for training and hiring at GH. ALL staff I interacted with were professional, friendly, and helpful - always smiling. This was my first stay here - at the end of a 6 week visit to Saigon - my final 2 nights. I wish I had booked earlier in my stay. Kudos to the staff members who assisted me with DECA content, and for the wonderful “take away” breakfast that was handed to me when I left at 4:30AM for the airport. Excellent business culture starts at the “top”. As a businessman, I “get” the vision you all have pursued. Yes, the property is amazing - location, comfort, cleanliness, location. Clean room, friendly staff & great location. Breakfast was limited , not much options compare to other hotels we stayed at.

The location, staff and the hotel as a whole as exactly what I had hoped for. The meeting room on the 8th floor came in quite handy as I worked US hours. The only thing that could be better is the gym. A little too tight to do much but overall had what I needed. I would most definitely come back. Their entire staff was great!

Terrible mouldy smell in the room and corridors. If you are allergic, this is going to ruin your holiday. Bar is not complimentary which is understandable but fruits as well as some of the water are also not complimentary. This was very sneaky and not disclosed in the bar pricelist. An apple will cost you $6
