My stay at D1Mension Residences was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The property is not as advertised, and the service is practically non-existent. Misleading Photos: The biggest issue is that the apartment I received looked nothing like the polished, professional pictures online. The reality was a tired, underwhelming space that did not match the expectation they set with their advertising. No On-Site Staff & Poor Communication: There is no dedicated reception or staff for the apartment in the lobby. To check in or ask a question, I had to text a contact person who took hours to respond. This is unacceptable and very stressful. Poor Building Conditions: The common hallways have no air conditioning, making them uncomfortably hot and stuffy. Unsanitary Bathroom: Worst of all was the bathroom. It had a persistent, foul odor that made the entire apartment unpleasant. This was a major hygiene concern. Save your money and book elsewhere. This place does not deliver on its promises and the lack of service and cleanliness is a serious problem.

We had a really lovely stay in Ho Chi Minh City and especially enjoyed our time at the Grand Hotel du Lac Boutique Saigon. The hotels location is excellent! On arrival, we did experience some initial issues with our room and some differences between what we had booked and what was provided. However, the hotel team went above and beyond to address everything and ensure that we were comfortable and well looked after. A special mention must go to Kelly, who was absolutely wonderful throughout our stay. She made us feel incredibly welcome, listened to our concerns, and went out of her way to make sure everything was accommodated. Her warmth and professionalism really stood out, and she is a true asset to the hotel team. Despite the initial hiccups, the way the hotel handled the situation ultimately made a very positive impression on us. We would happily return and would recommend the hotel to others visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

This was one of the worst properties iv stayed in. Area is 1hr from hcm central. Check in was confusing. Staff unhelpful and poor English so communication was difficult Signs out the front foyer says rooms are banned from air bnb type bookings . So doesn’t really make for a comfortable stay . Would never book again Also dirty and not cleaned well
