Elevator broken, small bed, bad AC

After check-in we were notified the elevator was broken, we should have been notified before being charged. The queen beds were not queen, they were barely a full. The AC did not keep the room cool. The bathroom ceiling exhaust fan was so loud it sounded like a hurricane. The employee at the front desk was extended beyond her ability and was vocal about the rudeness of customers. She was working check-out and food service. On the plus, the rooms were clean. The cleaning staff were friendly.

Stay could have been better!

The phone did not work in my room so I had to walk to the front desk. The clock was not adjusted for daylight savings time and when traveling over different time zones it is a confusion. The elevator did not work. I had to drag my bags up a long circular staircase, both in and out.

Let me start by saying, the staff members were extremely nice, friendly, helpful & welcoming (especially Christine). As for the hotel, the location was great. Surrounded by stores & restaurants. WYBS....the elevator was out of order. It was such a hassle carrying luggage up the stairs. The room had an immediate smell of mold as soon as you walk in. The breakfast they offer IS NOT an incentive to stay here, it was only muffins, coffee & orange juice.
