Disappointing Experience at Lifestyle Tropical Beach Resort & Spa All Inclusive The food was mediocre, restaurant availability was extremely limited, and the disappointing buffet became our primary dining option. Members received access to higher-tier food, leaving non member guests with fewer choices. Our “concierge” promised a property tour and gift but quickly handed us to a salesman who kept us for 90 minutes. We declined the liquor offered and repeatedly stated we would not buy. We were shown a brand-new, HUGE villa, yet our family staying in a member’s villa had accommodations that were significantly smaller, older, and dated. Even with a private pool, their villa looked nothing like what we were shown. Conveniently, as our tour ended, a member appeared to share his wonderful 19-year membership experience. Another couple later described an almost identical encounter with a longtime member whose story closely matched ours. These similarities made us question how spontaneous these testimonials really were. They even offered us nicer accommodations that day if we became members. Why not offer better accommodations from the beginning instead of using them as a sales incentive? Between the limited dining, questionable villa representations, and relentless sales tactics, this was not the relaxing vacation we expected. Do your research and be prepared to say no.

The front desk staff was very rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, the room was also infested with flies, and we had to deal with them throughout the entire night. This made our stay extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. I expected a much higher level of cleanliness and professionalism from the hotel.

Amazing experience, best boutique hotel in Dominican Republic! Everything about this hotel is just spectacular ✨🌸
