Hotel was like a jig saw puzzle with lots of stairways and areas. Still had construction going on. Rooms were very nice but no privacy unless you close your curtains. Room safes did not work in either of our rooms. You cannot flush toilet paper due to old pipes. Area did not feel very safe but we did not need to leave the hotel without a guide since the dining in the hotel was great. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

The best hotel to stay if you’re in quito

This hotel was perfect for our family trip to Ecuador to attend my daughter’s wedding. We took almost all of the rooms and the service, breakfasts, help in arranging taxis, was exceptional. The view from the rooftop is fabulous as well! The rooms were very large and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again.

this is a great property & Mario & Blanca make even more special. Do yourself a favor & when you visit Quito, visit with them at this fabulous property!
