Convenient and comfortable hotel

We were very impressed with this hotel, very friendly staff, very clean and comfortable. It is close to a light rail station, only two stops from the famous shopping mall SOGO. The hotel’s breakfast was very delicious too! Will stay at this hotel again next time!

A rather small boutique type hotel but full of amenities that the large hotel chain has. Breakfast is good not because of a lot of food choices but they offer an "a la carte" menu on top of the buffet table. They always make it to your order. The only complaint I have is my room close to the main road and you will hear the noise of the cars pass by. Walking to the Mass Transit is about 5 minutes, which is acceptable. The reception staff are very nice and helpful. Their service is outstanding.

Room temperature control was not alway working during our seven nights stay. Temperature was always too cold, especially in the bathroom area. Increasing the temperature setting on the thermostat didn’t work. Complained multiple times to the front desk and they said they would inform maintenance but no improvement. I would have checked out and moved to another hotel if we didn’t prepaid.
