Some of the staff were very helpful while others were extremely argumentative. My guests & I felt that there were many inconveniences including the elevator not working, requiring us to climb many flights of steps to our room, and varying water damage throughout our room itself.

Check-in was fast and easy. The host very responsive only thing not to my liking was the apartment seemed to have an odor to it. I ended up buying a air freshener from the store there on site helped some.

I was informed upon arrival that they had overbooked and I had to stay in a different hotel for the first night. The hotel I was put it in was very poor quality.

Absolutely loved everything about this place. The only negative i would say is the mildew smell in the hall. The entire staff was Absolutely amazing and I will miss them all dearly. Beautiful resort top notch service.

Staff was phenomenal!! Rooms were clean, spacious and as described. My oceanview was simply magnificent!
