I accidentally booked my room a day before I planned to arrive. Working through Holtels.com, even though I stayed and paid the next evening, they would not refund my money. Not only am I not staying there on my return trip, I will not be using Hotels.com or their affiliates for my upcoming travel in July and August, and after being 10 year subscriber, will never in the future.

The rooms we got bedding was clean ,carpet horrible. Was tokd breakfast was from 7 am - 9am. Rushed kids to eat only to find out it stay open til 10am . Breakfast was great Nice in and out hotel Pool nice

The place was well kept with kitchen. Only issue was outside of the hotel. Didn’t feel safe.

Loves the hotel rightl priced bed was extremely comfortable and all amenities including breakfast was just awesome we are travelling from Ontario Canada heading to Miami Florida Surely will revisit

Working staff all very nice. See no management anywhere. Overpriced relative to nearby hotels in better locations

The area is a little rough, but the room was great and the hot breakfast was appreciated 👏
