Was ok nothing great breakfast was cheap bed was not great. Whole place needs an upgrade.

Nothing wrong with an old building, but some maintenance is necessary.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Quiet and comfortable.

We arrived at 6pm. We were told we would receive an email with our room number and door code. We never did receive the email and had to call the number provided and leave a voice mail. We were called back with codes but couldn't open the door so had to call again to find out we had to turn both locks. There is no onsite hotel check in. Finally found the apartment room for our 1 night stay. Opened door and towels were on the bathroom floor, bathroom hadn't been cleaned, and bed was unmade and sheets not changed. Called back to say we were not staying there and had to call another hotel chain to get a room for the night. The pictures of the apartment are way better than the apartment that we saw. Since we guaranteed the room on credit card, we will be disputing the charge.

They tried to charge me an additional incidental fee and the claimed I smoked in the room. I don't even smoke.
