Pleasant, rooms/bathrooms need renovating

Good welcome, quick check-in. Room was average-size, a little dated, but comfortable. Bathroom desperately needs refurbishment. See pics - stains in the tub, cracked soap dish, shower curtain dirty, bath mat broken and covered in mould. The last two points are simple & cheap fixes that would hugely improve the appearance before renovations are undertaken. Pool area pleasant, decent sized pool. Loud pipes, I think maybe someone was filling a bath and it was audible above TV. Also, hairdryer noise was loud, some better sound-proofing internally would be good, but no road noise which was great given the main road nearby. Parking $15/night which was not mentioned anywhere. Did not get to eat in the restaurant. Pleasant service, probably a bit overpriced considering the tired rooms.

The free parking onsite is what really sets this hotel apart from the rest. There’s no hassle to look or pay for parking-it really is one less thing to worry about. The shower in a tub is outdated and the shower curtain needs some cleaning. Felt gross to the touch when showering. Other than that the room was spacious and clean, the bed was super soft and comfortable and breakfast was great! Eggs and hash browns were perfect. Would definitely book again in the future.

The staff were efficient and friendly. The buffet brekky was excellent. The bed was very comfortable and bathroom clean. Sadly, the air conditioning in the room was not functioning well. The room was so hot and the air con so loud I needed earplugs to sleep.
