My phone did not work. Someone came to check it twice and could not fix it. Said he would need to get the 'expert' to come and have a look, but no-one came. It was inconvenient, if I had any queries, I had to visit reception. After I told reception, they kindly offered me a complimentary breakfast. Also, the cupboard door handle housing the mini-fridge came off as the screws were loose. The bed and the pillows were very comfotable and I slept well.

Beach view was beautiful Great location but noisy traffic Hotel bar wasn’t open daily No room service We couldn’t adjust the air conditioning it was set too high. We had children with us and we had to wait till 3 pm to check in, with no allowance after asking multiple times, the girls got wet at the beach and needed to change.

Great location. Didn’t like the bed, pillows or sheets. Pillows uncomfortable. Sheets didn’t cover mattress. Shower not clean on the floor corners. Also trip hazardous rug curling up in the corner. Not up to the standards expected for the price.
