Our stay at The Swiftwater was absolutely wonderful. The entire property was exceptionally clean, and the service was top-notch. Staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly. One of the highlights was the peaceful atmosphere at the pool in the evenings. Children were not allowed in the pool area after 5 or 6 PM, which created a relaxing, adult-friendly environment, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Honestly, I wouldn’t change a thing. Highly recommended!

The hotel is definitely new, our room was unexpectedly spacious..but the air vent in the bathroom was surprisingly not working🧐…love , love the green and black contrast of the BR tho…. For the price…the restaurant was too small…prompting us to go elsewhere…the free coffee and infused water is a plus ❤️ Overall the staff was friendly and helpful, always with a smile….

Sex Pool

We chose the Swiftwater when looking for a nice place to stop on our long drive home. It is nice. However, some things stood out to us during our stay. The bathroom is VERY poorly lit, the fan did not work, and the no-door-on-the-shower situation makes for a very wet bathroom. While it is clear that they want Olivet's (the hotel's restaurant) to be a fine dining experience given the prices and the server attitudes (the kids can get a SMALL basket of waffle fries for $24 if you ask nicely), there were unavailable items on an already small menu, and the main lobby was being vacuumed while we ate during a normal dinner time (the restaurant is open to the front are of the hotel). Lastly, the outdoor space behind the hotel is quaint with fireplaces, comfy seating, and a pool. We thought it would be nice to have after-dinner cocktails out there, but didn't stay long, as we were quite taken aback by the x-rated pool shenanigans. Indeed, they state firmly during check-in that the pool is ADULTS ONLY after 5:00 pm, but we never thought that was because of the NC-17 situation that unfolds. (No, we are not prudes. We just don't prefer public porn with our night cap lol.)

Short stay

Decided to book a 2 night stay for my bday. I'm in the poconos often so i have a few restaurants in the area nearby that I frequent. Parking is free.The add-on enhancements could have been more personalized. Housekeeping is adequate.The restaurant has an open floor setup, it's across from the check-in, so its not very intimate. I booked the concierge experience but it felt subpar. The bed felt worn on one side and the controlled central air had issues the second night. The dual head shower and bath soaps were a nice touch to the experience but one of the dual sinks had a leak 😫 Overall a short stay was fitting.
