We were greeted by kind accommodating staff and glasses of champagne! The bed was exceptionally comfortable with plenty of space for two! Breakfast was large and did not disappoint! Make sure to explore the outdoors of the property it is absolutely beautiful! This is a must stay place if passing through Exter!

The location is the best and everything was easy to get to. It was quiet, clean and refreshing. Only minutes from anything you need. The only thing was the bed was very uncomfortable you could feel the springs in the mattress. Other than that it was perfect

Totally enjoyed our trip. The hotel was quaint. The staff was so accommodating and very helpful. The room was just right. Over Littleton and all the shops, restaurants and the breweries. Look forward to coming back in the future.

Location was incredible, staff was incredible, room was incredible. Just wish I got a chance to try the restaurant.

The porch was great!

Everything was 10/10 for us, the whirlpool tub in the bathroom was worth it on its own but the amount of amenities you get is sooo good. Washer & dryer in the room.. a little balcony. The restaurant service was great, good drinks. The pool area was super nice they had a toddler pool just for my 1 year old lol not literally but he was the only one using it & it was actually perfect for him. I would stay here every-time we’re in the area it was that good!

This is a good basic place to stay- there isn't many frills. It provides a nice bed and bathroom. Good for a stay when you just need the essentials. Location for Mt Sunapee is excellent.
