I give it five stars for customer service. This location was accidentally booked and out of our direction. They quickly refunded as we were not going to show up. If I am ever down that way, I might look into this area!!

We cancelled do to family matters..

The night we arrived the lock on the condo didn't work so we had to wait for security to let us in. Maintenance came the next day to fix the lock and said all was good. We realized the next day that the door wasn't locking at all. Maintenance came again and tried to fix it. It worked once and again we had to wait outside in 90 degree heat waiting to be let in. In the condo there was only 2 spoons and 1 fork for us to use, we had to go buy silverware. The kitchen floor was not cleaned well. Cigarette/cigar butts on the balcony and in the screened in porch. During actual check in the associates had little personality other than the Manager, she seemed concerned but admitted they do not get much funding to fix issues.

Let's begin with $250/night. Nothing in the living area worked. TV, lamp, even the phone was not working. Reported, no one came to check it out. We were there for 2 nights. No breakfast, and to get ice you get a bag at the desk, and use the ice machine in the food mart area by the desk. We were on the 4th floor. No maid service available, you have to use the basket in your room to take the dirty linen down to the desk to get clean linen. I didn't know I was a part of their housekeeping staff. The final straw for me was the last morning I get up, and there was a roach on my cup. I lost it, that was too much for what we were paying per night.

The layout was awesome. You walk in, powder room. Go up a few steps kitchen on left, dining room on right, go through to the living room and sliding door to the deck. Vaulted ceilings with fans. Go up one level to big tub and laundry with bedroom and full bathroom. Go up another level to a double bed with a full bathroom. Double louvered doirs to vaulted dining room.Then up one more level to 2 single beds. Huge space. With drop down bed in living room, could easily sleep 8-10.

We were very disappointed in the whole experience and won't be back.

staff was very helpful when we found out the room was a king bed instead of 2 doubles. They were full to capacity but accommodated with a rollaway. Not ideal but hey it worked.

The house is beautiful with a great location! Ian was extremely helpful and lovely to talk with. For me the stand out thing was the beds and the sheets! We had a great stay
