Well, the hotel is close to the beach. Some negatives include the hotel is not very clean overall. They haven't cleaned the glass doors in years, the A/C barely worked, the pool filtration system doesn't work so there was this "white scum" floating in the corner for a week. It was just okay,not horrible but below par. So, I was disapointed. The location is convenient but hotel needs renovation and serious cleaning. The water pressure was low, elavators barely worked, little AC in lobby and common areas, just needs extreme maintenance and cleaning.

It was cute. Had a lot of fun. It’s an older building but outside of that it was a lot of fun!

It was big water bugs in the property. Dead and alive. Also was dead flies on the twin mattresses. The property was very spacious, the showers were not clean and neither were the bathroom sinks or toilets. Over all beautiful property. Just needs better up keep. & a real number to contact the property. 55555 doesn’t work. Parking is also a plus with your own 2 car parking.

The night we arrived the lock on the condo didn't work so we had to wait for security to let us in. Maintenance came the next day to fix the lock and said all was good. We realized the next day that the door wasn't locking at all. Maintenance came again and tried to fix it. It worked once and again we had to wait outside in 90 degree heat waiting to be let in. In the condo there was only 2 spoons and 1 fork for us to use, we had to go buy silverware. The kitchen floor was not cleaned well. Cigarette/cigar butts on the balcony and in the screened in porch. During actual check in the associates had little personality other than the Manager, she seemed concerned but admitted they do not get much funding to fix issues.
