The property was falsely advertised. It’s seems like there was permanent residents in the other units. There is no check in place. It is all supposed to be emailed to you but I never received the email till I got to the property and had to call the company. Our room was down a dark corridor and was very sketchy. The room itself looked ok at first but was dated and the furniture was worn out. The couch was stained. My kids were supposed to sleep on the pullout couch but when we pulled it out there was only a 2inch thick foam pad that was stained. There was no sheets for the couch so I messaged about that. We tried to put some blankets down for the kids to sleep with but the blankets in the closet were stained as well. The whole place just felt sketchy and we left. I called the offices that I talked to 20 mins before and they were closed, so I called their emergency line and reported everything and sent pictures. I asked if there was another place that they could send us to and they said someone from management would call me that night. We went to dinner and waited but her nothing so we had to find a last minute hotel on the other end of the island. I didn’t hear from anyone for TWO DAYS and the question they ask is if we got fresh bed linens. They have a complete hands off customer service approach and don’t even know anything about the places they are renting. This was through KEES and I have heard from many people they had similar experiences with them. BEWARE

The night we arrived the lock on the condo didn't work so we had to wait for security to let us in. Maintenance came the next day to fix the lock and said all was good. We realized the next day that the door wasn't locking at all. Maintenance came again and tried to fix it. It worked once and again we had to wait outside in 90 degree heat waiting to be let in. In the condo there was only 2 spoons and 1 fork for us to use, we had to go buy silverware. The kitchen floor was not cleaned well. Cigarette/cigar butts on the balcony and in the screened in porch. During actual check in the associates had little personality other than the Manager, she seemed concerned but admitted they do not get much funding to fix issues.

The layout was awesome. You walk in, powder room. Go up a few steps kitchen on left, dining room on right, go through to the living room and sliding door to the deck. Vaulted ceilings with fans. Go up one level to big tub and laundry with bedroom and full bathroom. Go up another level to a double bed with a full bathroom. Double louvered doirs to vaulted dining room.Then up one more level to 2 single beds. Huge space. With drop down bed in living room, could easily sleep 8-10.

Let's begin with $250/night. Nothing in the living area worked. TV, lamp, even the phone was not working. Reported, no one came to check it out. We were there for 2 nights. No breakfast, and to get ice you get a bag at the desk, and use the ice machine in the food mart area by the desk. We were on the 4th floor. No maid service available, you have to use the basket in your room to take the dirty linen down to the desk to get clean linen. I didn't know I was a part of their housekeeping staff. The final straw for me was the last morning I get up, and there was a roach on my cup. I lost it, that was too much for what we were paying per night.

Our stay was very nice with close proximity to the beach, clean rooms, great pool and wonderful staff. Overall a great experience. A couple of things that caused a little inconvenience was that one of the two elevators was out of service and children running up and down the hallway at 2am was a bit annoying.
