Overnight there was something that would re-boot every 20 minutes (maybe a generator?), wake me up through my ear plugs, and gasoline fumes would come into the room and I’d have to breathe into a pillow. Not sure who was in charge; my pre-arrival text went unanswered and a ~7 year old girl checked me in. Sheets were stained, bathroom was dirty a had a cockroach the size of my hand, was noisy in the evening and morning, the pillow was maybe an inch thick. They also don’t give you a key for your room so if you leave during the day, your belongings are not protected.

Honestly not a bad stay for a short time. Definitely what you pay for. Wasn’t the cleanest, nor the best maintained. But the Fijian hospitality was strong. The chicken curry was delicious! Breakfast was unimpressive but sustaining. I’d seen many reviews about bed bugs but I checked and it looked okay. The beds definitely have seen some things. A quick stay is fine and the team were lovely to us.

Our stay here was a complete disaster. We originally requested a midnight check-in, but the host suggested we wait until the following day, which we agreed to. Despite the extra time they had to prepare, check-in was still delayed the next day, and the host was completely unresponsive to our messages. When we finally got inside, the place was absolutely filthy. The bathroom was in a disgusting state: the shower would not drain, filling up as you used it. Worse still, the drainage hole next to the toilet was making strange noises and spitting out black particles that emitted a foul, unliveable stench. The hand basin was also blocked and wouldn’t drain properly. The general cleanliness of the rest of the unit was very poor. We only managed to stay for a few hours before the smell and the lack of hygiene became unbearable, forcing us to leave. I have tried to contact Hotels.com for a response and they were unable to help. Save your money and stay somewhere else—this property is a health hazard.

Very easy and delightful stay

Paid for 2 x family vila and got 2 x standard rooms. With broken showers. Stain on bedsheets. 1 x smelly towel. Aircon remote in 1 x room didn’t work and the other room had water leaking from aircon pipe. Worst experience for me and my guests in my birthday. Need a refund for my downgrade that never happened. Music going on till 10:30pm. I was then shifted to a room at 11:30pm as they couldn’t find a remote control to turn the ac off. Please avoid this vila at all cost.

Lovely view of ocean. Very spacious. Very quiet. Rooms clean. Staff unobtrusive. Downside was road from highway. Very bumpy.
