I want to start by saying that our front desk gal, was PHENOMENAL. She was kind, attentive, and extremely helpful. That said, both of our room keys deactivated not once, but twice. We had to park in the back of the building and then couldn’t get into any of the doors. Thinking it was just the door lock, we then tried our room and nope. We got the keys reactivated. Got into the room and went to dinner. When we got back, we went to shower and there was dirt and hair all over the bathtub. We were tired and I didn’t feel like entertaining that situation. The next morning, we went to the breakfast. Again, another PHENOMENAL staff member. The man working the breakfast was extremely kind and kept that entire area super clean and maintained. Went back to the room and the key had again, deactivated - I should note: The room key was not near a phone or other cards. It was in the pocket of my pants solo - Went to the front desk to get our key reactivated. Then it was time to check out. Overall, the staff were great. The beds were comfy, the bathroom was not so great, pretty dirty actually, and the room keys were annoying. But again, the staff were wonderful!!!

Adequate hotel. Large rooms and comfortable beds, although the mattress was a bit too soft for my liking.
