Rooms were clean and fitted well, the staff were polite and attentive to needs, ensuring even if room service was declined that clean towels and teas & coffee were still topped up. Staff offered to hold bags on check out before flight, great location to the Market Square and other conveniences, bus and tram stops on door step as well as local convenience shops for any snacks and other items

I stayed in a single room, room was tiny, but plenty space for everything you need with clean bathroom. Hotel is located in very safe area, few minutes from all the attractions. I would stay there again

New, clean premises. Staff could be more interested. Walking distance to key transport links and Stare Miasto. Highly recommended.

Great 4 day stay, excellent front desk staff, room immaculate, absolutely nothing to fault. Fantastic location just minutes walk from the centre, but in a very quiet street. Hotel arranged transfers from and to the airport were simple and great value and stress free.
