Sauna did not work, Key cards for rooms did not work and they had no spares, lady on reception very rude and just asked us what did we want her to do about it so had to ask to be let into our room every time and she took ages to do it so we would just be waiting at our door. Asked to see a manager and she said non around and wont be for 3 days just her. Double bed for 2 but single duvet 1 pillow 1 glass and 1 cup. After we left charged our cards for money that we paid 6 months ago without telling us. could be a great hotel but totally lets itself down mainly due to staff not caring.

The pictures about the hotel is very decieving. The hotel is very outdated. No clear place to park. The hotel smells like smoke. The receptionist does not speak English. No Gym!!! The room is very modest and you feel disgusted to walk barefoot on the stinky carpet. Do NOT recommend!

Tired and worn - in need of a refurb

NH Sindelfingen is a bit tired and worn and didn't smell very pleasant. Friendly check-in was a bonus but bedroom felt very dated and worn and the bed wasn't comfortable. The bedroom smelt musty. Bathroom had only a shower cubicle in it and again felt old. There's only one lift in the hotel and it's very very slow. No restaurant in the hotel meant we ate out but the recommendation from the friendly receptionist was very good. There was a big exhibition taking place at Stuttgart Messe, meaning hotels in the area were very busy and very expensive - even so, this hotel was way over-priced and I wouldn't return.

Awesome and convenient hotel

Great location which allows for easy access to the train station and mall. Short walk to town center with restaurants and pubs. Very reasonable cost. Underground parking is $12 Euros per day but it's far better than trying to find street parking.

Very Central Downtown Sifi

Good: Staff, Location, Comfortable Not so good: Often a strong cigarette smell in The Hallway, Internet Connection is weak. Booking over Expedia excludes you from regards points of The Hotel.

The hotel was easy to find and only 5 mins from the motorway. Parking was available at the hotel.

Nice hotel central location

We stayed in this hotel for private prupose, because it is close to my family. THe hotel is a typical business hotel, but without "Business center" - What we did bot need. The bar is open from monday to thursday and offers breakfast. The staff was always very friendly and did what they could to help you. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with an aircondition. The double bed was a real doublebed with one matrace. - Very unusual in Germany. Parking spots are available, but a sport is not garantieed and "Frauen Parkplatz" will alwys be occupied by men...
