Was able to use coin laundry while on a road trip. Hotel was clean and comfortable for our family. We called ahead about using the sofa bed and were told linens would be in the closet. They were unfortunately not in the room, and when we approached the front desk they said “yeah they wouldn’t be unless you requested them.” Though this was a small thing, the attitude of the staff was not extremely helpful. Everyone found something they were happy with at breakfast and kids appreciated the waffle maker!

Room was clean, little bit dated. We had a homeless person pounding on our door one evening asking for a ride and other things, and then someone pounding on our door at 1am. The front desk staff was never sitting up front, so this could have been avoided if someone was sitting at the front. Wouldn't stay here again.

They could have had hot coffee and kept the water. The ice water filled in the lobby.
