Close to food and shops. Great view.

The photo of the room was not at all what we stay in. It was just a small room with a bathroom. Check-in/check-out was at a different location and we were not informed prior to arriving. We had been driving all day and it was quite inconvinient to continnue to drive around town. We had everything we needed nearby, the main street was a few blocks away.

First thing to know is there is NO air conditioning and the staff were very defensive about this The room was decent but there is not only no staff at night but no one is available! A poor lady and her kids were locked out for hours because her key wasn't working and couldn't get hold of anyone for hours

This is an OLD hotel. They've done a great job of renovating and some might call it charming. Rooms a tiny as is the bathroom and shower. The elevator is original to the building with the brass gate you have to close before it will work.

Fantastic property, amazing location, great drinks, and appetizers, and love the barrel saunas. Plus very friendly staff.

Breakfast was disappointing due to the tiny dining space and limited food options. The bedroom floor was wet when we checked in. Additionally, the bed springs were far too soft and loud—my husband couldn't sleep at all because of the noise every time he moved.

Stephanie checked us in and couldn't have been more kind and helpful. Exceptional Customer service she made us feel very welcome.. made suggestions for things to do in that amazing perfect town.. She brought us a bottle of wine directly to our room and recommended that we reserve the hot tub which was private for me and my wife for a half an hour.. good morning breakfast was to die for with the views.. the hotel is perfectly located and in walking distance of absolutely everything.. the most pristine amenities and a wonderful gym to work out in the morning.. which we took advantage of.. the wife and I were a little disappointed that we didn't spend more time here but if we ever make it back out onto the West Coast we will be coming back to this town of Independence..
