I have stayed at The Graduate before, and have always had a good experience. This time something had changed. There were stains on the floors from previous residents (not the carpets/rug area) the pillow cases were stained, no tissues in the bathroom. The bar/restaurant staff were super friendly and engaging. - sadly this energy was not found at check -in…. Rather we were made to feel like an inconvenience - which really nobody likes to feel that way. At last one elevator during the day was commandeered by housekeeping, whilst a second was not working - leaving one elevator for 11 floors - which was frustrating. Yes these are all first world problems - and I have never submitted a negative or whiny review- but this trip was so disappointing - when your room doesn’t feel clean and obviously has not been appropriately cleaned or restocked - it’s disappointing. For $614 for two nights - I at least would have liked clean pillow cases and a cleaned floor. Will. To be returning sadly!

Parking garage was a tight fit, and elevator takes awhile but otherwise a great location and walkable area. Room was very clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and great pillows. Not many probably appreciated the ice cream wallpaper in the bathroom but I did. Breakfast was not included but the restaurant has a nice variety of foods.

The room was extremely dirty and sticky. There was so much dust as well as no coffee maker. The poor staff was completely beleagured with only about two or three people working. I would not recommend this hotel for a business travelers or anyone who seriously enjoys a clean quiet room.
